Payment

Prices are in US Dollars, payment should be made with order, but we can work out a payment plan for larger puchases.
Shells will be sent priority as soon as payment clears the bank.

Bank transfers are welcome for higher amounts, my banking information will be given by eMail:

Bank certified cheques are accepted only for amounts exceeding US $500.

NOT accepted: Western Union, Moneygram, and no credit cards 

Ordering

Orders should be sent by eMail, listing: ID Number, species name, price, total ordering amount.
I will then send you a quote for the order, depending on what is available.

New customers please dont't forget your full name and mailing address, phone number (some
carriers require a phone number)and a preferred method of shipping to you with your first order.
Minimum ordering amount is $200.

Postage: usually $14  within USA and  US$20 overseas, postage is free for orders exceeding 600 US Dollars.
All shipments are sent priority and trackable, by UPS or US Postal Service.

I'll ship anywhere except to South America, and countries with present political instability. Sorry,
China is blocked by some carriers.

Returning shells

Returns are no problem within seven days after receipt and for whatever reason.
The shipment should be declared as "empty seashells (no protected species), returned after study, no commercial value".
Please send return shipments by registered Mail, Air Mail from overseas. Please do not use any private mail-services,
but the public mail services. Your total funds
will be returned to you priority cashiers cheque when the returned shell(s) arrive.
